1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using IndexPine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IndexPine provides an autonomous programmatic SEO and content generation platform utilizing AI. The Service generates and publishes content on behalf of your connected web properties.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your account password secure.

4. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to the content generated and published to your connected platforms via IndexPine. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content generated by the AI complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscription & Billing

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. API Usage & Webhooks

Users leveraging the IndexPine REST API or Webhook delivery system must secure their endpoints. We are not responsible for unauthorized access or data exposure resulting from improperly secured webhooks on the user's end.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IndexPine, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or search engine rankings resulting from your use of the Service.
