Team members

IndexPine supports multiple team members per workspace. You can invite editors, reviewers, and additional admins who each get their own login. Team members do not need their own IndexPine subscription — they access the workspace under yours.

Inviting a team member

1. Go to Settings > Team in your dashboard.
2. Click "Invite member".
3. Enter their email address and select a role.
4. Click "Send invite".
5. The invitee receives an email with a link. The link is valid for 7 days.
6. Once they accept, they can log in and access the workspace.

Roles and permissions

• Owner — full access to everything including billing, plan changes, API key management, and deleting the workspace. There can only be one Owner.
• Admin — full access to all sites, integrations, and team management. Cannot access billing or delete the workspace.
• Editor — can configure site settings, manage the keyword pipeline, review and approve articles, and manually publish. Cannot manage team members or API keys.
• Viewer — read-only access to articles, analytics, and keyword rankings. Cannot make any changes or publish.

Site-level access control

If you manage multiple sites and want different team members to have access to different sites, you can restrict each member's access at the site level. Go to a team member's settings page and toggle which sites they can see and edit.

Removing a team member

Go to Settings > Team, find the member, and click "Remove". Their account is immediately deactivated. Any articles they approved or published remain unchanged.
